CaterTrax Platform Updates to the Catering Module

New updates and enhancements are happening each month to the CaterTrax platform. This month we are featuring some that have been made to the Catering Module. Minimum and Maximum Order Amount

When a user’s order amount does not reach the minimum order amount, or surpasses the maximum, they will be sent back to step 1. However, they will no longer lose the event information when this occurs. For more information on this use Keyword: Order Amount on the TRAX Learning Center.

Printing Associated Customer invoices

Users are now able to print invoices from their associated customers. For more information on this use Keyword: Associated Customer on the TRAX Learning Center.

Search Customers by City

Administrators can now search for customers by the city they have in their account information.  For more information on this use Keyword: Account Search on the TRAX Learning Center.

Distribution List

Now if a customer has an entry in their distribution list that is cut off due to character number restraints, there will be a tooltip with the full email and name when the entry is hovered-over. For more information on this use Keyword: Distribution List on the TRAX Learning Center.

Cover Sheets

The name of the delivery contact will now be shown at the top of the Cover Sheets instead of using the customer’s name. For more information on this use Keyword: Cover Sheet on the TRAX Learning Center.
